These terms are an agreement between you and Webified Services (“we”, “us”) about your use of Webified Detail, our online quote, booking, scheduling, invoicing and customer-records service for auto detailing businesses (the “service”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use the service for a business, you confirm you can accept these terms for that business.
We give each shop its own workspace and public quote and booking pages. We may add, change or remove features, and some features may depend on third-party services you choose to connect. We work to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
You keep ownership of the information you put into the service. You give us permission to store and process it to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to delete your data when you close your account.
The service can connect to third-party services you choose, such as Google Calendar, Stripe, Wave and text messaging providers. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for those services, and connecting or disconnecting them is your choice. Payments are processed by the payment provider, not by us.

If a fee applies to your use of the service, we will tell you before you are charged. Fees that third parties charge you, such as payment processing fees, are set by those third parties.
We own the service, including its software, design and branding. You get a limited, non-exclusive right to use it while you have an account. Your logo, content and data stay yours.
You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, put the service or others at risk, or if required by law. After an account closes we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that schedules, quotes, calendar entries, invoices or integrations will always be accurate or complete; you are responsible for checking them.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, bookings or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
We may update these terms. When we make a material change we will update the date above and tell shop owners in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
